'Legal Rules are formal rules, established according to constitutional procedures that carry the force of the State. Law is important because, in a society based on the Rule of Law, it channels the force of the State. This is why Society has developed such sophisticated techniques for arguing over the application of law. Never forget, law and justice is not about loopholes to escape punishment for wrongdoings. The criminal justice system is not the 'cat and mouse game' that many unscrupulous defense attorneys have created over the years. It is a search and discovery of the TRUTH. Attorneys who defend criminals and go out of their way to trick the CJS to get their criminal clients free should be punished severely when caught doing so.'
