This is why Society has developed such sophisticated techniques for arguing over the application of law. Never forget, law and justice is not about loopholes to escape punishment for wrongdoings. The criminal justice system is not the 'cat and mouse game' that many unscrupulous defense attorneys have created over the years. It is a search and discovery of the TRUTH.
