Florida University Law Professor Daniel Eric Markel won his case for equal access to his toddler sons in the divorce court in Florida, United States, in a terrible two years of litigation in the divorce court with Mrs Wendi Jill Markel AKA Wendi Jill Adelson. She has thoroughly planned and executed her plan to divorce Professor Dan Markel-down to every small detail.

However jurisprudence prevailed and Dan Markel succeeded in obtaining a Joint Access Court Order for his two young sons aged 3 and 2 years old, namely BENJAMIN MARKEL AKA BENJAMIN  ADELSON (aged 3) and LINCOLN MARKEL AKA LINCOLN ADELSON (aged 2)(CHANGE OF NAME STRATEGICALLY TOOK PLACE IN MIAMI IN THE YEAR 2015 WHEN WENDI JILL MARKEL ADELSON HAD THEIR NAMES CHANGED TO ADELSON and so erased their GENETIC INHERITANCE- LINK FROM THEIR GENETIC FATHER PROFESSOR DANIEL ERIC MARKEL, THEIR PATERNAL (MARKEL) GRANDPARENTS, THEIR (MARKEL; ATTORNEY-AT-LAW-AUNT, AND THEIR PATERNAL FIRST COUSINS). 

PLANNED AND EXECUTED MURDER OF PROFESSOR DAN MARKEL AT HIS HOME 

On Friday, 18th July 2014 (a nice July morning) Dan Markel woke up in his house in Tallahassee, Florida , with his two young sons; made and served them their breakfast; washed and dressed them -all ready for nursery class and then drove there in his black sedan motorcar. He returned home to his bungalow in Tallahassee, Florida at around 11.00 am and saw a man waiting by his garage. Being a nice and trusting guy, 41-year-old Dan Markel opened his garage door electronically and the man walked into the garage behind Dan's car. Expecting to speak with this man, a stranger to him, Dan Markel was instead,shot in the head  twice-once between his eyes, splitting his spectacles in two. Nay - he was assassinated - through his car window and then the stranger casually walked out of Dan Markel's garage and  was driven away in a silver-green Toyota Prius car, which after two years, has been revealed by the POLICE to have been a rented car from Miami, Florida.

POLICE SAID THAT THEY DID NOT LOOK FOR DNA, OR OTHER EVIDENCE IN THE CAR WHEN THEY EVENTUALLY LOCATED IT - BECAUSE BY THEN - TWO YEARS AFTER DAN MARKEL WAS MURDERED - THE SILVER-GREEN TOYOTA PRIUS CAR HAD CONVENIENTLY BEEN SOLD ON TWICE AND HAD EVEN BEEN RESPRAYED IN ANOTHER COLOUR.

THIS, WE ARGUE, IS NO REASON TO NOT INVESTIGATE FOR EVIDENCE PERHAPS CARELESSLY LEFT IN THAT CAR FROM TWO YEARS BEFORE. THE KILLERS/HIT-MEN WERE NOT VERY INTELLIGENT CRIMINALS. 

THE TOYOTA PRIUS CAR MAY HAVE BEEN RESPRAYED AND MAY HAVE CHANGED OWNERSHIP TWICE BUT THERE COULD STILL BE EVIDENCE TODAY IN THAT CAR, MAKING THE WHOLE MURDER INVESTIGATION APPEAR LIKE A RELUCTANT INVESTIGATION DESPITE FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION'S ASSISTANCE.

[This lack of investigation of the Toyota Prius located in 2016 reminds the author of an English case, that of the senseless, racist, murder of young Stephen Lawrence which case remained unsolved for many years until a retired policeman solved the entire case through the fact that the attack on Stephen Lawrence lasted only 50 seconds. This was the catalyst. He went through the collected evidence from years before and a 'microscopic blood stain was found on suspect Gary Dobson's jacket, with fibers and hairs with 99.9% certainty of coming from Stephen Lawrence...'. The suspects were again arrested, tried, convicted and jailed. See also the 1997 McPherson Report, UK: HMSO)].

Attorney next door  to Professor Dan Markel - the most important witness in this murder case

A neighbor of Dan's - an attorney-at-law (Dan Markel  lived in a decent neighborhood) had heard the gunshot sounding as if it came from Dan Markel's property -and this neighbor bravely walked over to find out what was happening. He  entered Dan's garage and found Dan's car engine still running; the car window shattered; and Professor Dan Markel still in his car in the driver's seat, conscious, and with some movement, but unable to speak, and with bleeding from a gunshot wound to his head. This neighbor (with the unfortunate similar surname of one of the two hit men arrested in May 2016) telephoned the ambulance and police services. Sadly Dan Markel's life could not be saved and he died hours later.

The Tallahassee Police Department were tight-lipped and it was not until two years later in 2016 that it emerged that people in Dan Markel's ex-wife's family were involved in this case.

Very surprisingly, it was revealed at trial, that Dan Markel's ex-wife was driving to the stores just after 11AM on July 18, 2014, a direction which caused her to drive past the ex-marital home in Bretton Woods, where Dan Markel still lived. She actually said she saw police cars and ambulance and people on Dan Markel's drive BUT DID NOT JUMP OUT OF HER CAR TO DISCOVER IF HER CHILDREN WERE HURT OR IF HER EX- HUSBAND WAS HURT.

Neither did she ask anyone there what was happening.

She simple continued to drive to the liquor store and bought herself a classy bottle of whisky-named "BULLET WHISKEY".

Astonishing facts and the e-discovery evidence showed the route she took-she drove directly in front of Dan Markel's house, now a bedlam of ambulance responders, police officers, walkie-talkies, sirens, flashing lights, and with his garage door wide open -but she did not stop to ask who was hurt.

Why?

It is not clear if the police paid any informer for information which took two whole years to surface. 

Just as Wendi Adelson/MARKEL  failed to give her husband (of six years) decent notice of separation and had left the marriage and taken their children to her family in Southern Florida -400  miles away- (a well executed plot), in this same, coldly-executed way that she planned to steal away with Professor Dan Markel's toddler sons, she also PLANNED which 'cherry-picked pieces of furniture' she decided to place into storage for herself. Wendi Jill Markel/Adelson even arranged for Furniture Removers to arrive at the marital home after Professor Dan Markel had left for his conference trip away and before she herself travelled to MIAMI with the two toddlers of the family.

MRS WENDI JILL MARKEL AKA WENDI JILL ADELSON callously left her husband, the Legal Divorce Documents -reportedly - on the mattress (very weird thing to do) whilst Criminal Law Florida State University Professor Dan Markel was away at an academic Law Conference.

She had already-reportedly- managed to obtain a job as a PERSONAL INJURY ATTORNEY WITH A FIRM OF ATTORNEYS IN SOUTH FLORIDA (how she managed that we shall never know- because she has a degree in social sciences and her ONLY PROFESSIONAL LEGAL EXPERIENCE consisted of running A clinic at Florida State University TO ASSIST PROSTITUTES TO CLAIM ASYLUM IN THE UNITED STATES AS -ALLEGEDLY- TRAFFICKED PERSONS.

FLORIDA STATE UNIVERSITY (FSU) VERY PROBABLY GAINED MUCH KUDOS AND EVEN MORE GOVERNMENT FUNDING WHICH PAID HER SALARY BECAUSE SHE WAS ALLEGEDLY CATCHING PROSTITUTE MAKERS.

FSU ran a clinic for trafficked persons at which  Mrs Wendy Markel /Adelson met illegal immigrants and made cases to support their applications for  permanent residence in Florida, United States, even though these persons had been caught working illegally as prostitutes. Mrs Wendy Markel Adelson would argue that these prostitutes had been trafficked into the United States for prostitution. 

Police perhaps saw her as a person catching "human traffickers". There are many people on such a band-wagon.

In my opinion, having worked for 20 years in forensic accountancy and then in legal research and teaching at universities ( I become severely disabled after childbirth, suffered a cardiac arrest, my whole hip rotted away from hospital septicemia as did half my right thigh). But I am not drinking bottles of whisky. Instead I had to retire from accountancy and studied law to the level of three higher level university degrees, all in my bed and on elbow crutches, dirt poor and with toddlers to bring up.

Complete break/new man/mini skirts/ teenage dress-style new life/no challenge legal knowledge or lack thereof

What Wendi Adelson, AKA ex-Mrs Wendi Markel planned was a complete break from her law professor husband. She did not intend to see him again.

She already had a lover.

Her lover held a non-lawyer/ degree in social work/sympathetic to her work to legitimize prostitutes from abroad with United States Passports

FSU fellow-employee Jeffrey Lacasse, a 'newby' to FSU, was made an associate professor in the subject of Social Work. It is no secret that anybody can be made a 'professor'.

All that is needed are several references and recommendations and as if by magic, one gains a tenure for life. It is a fraud:the word 'professor'. It is dished out like candy in many western universities. There are persons made "professors" who do not even hold an under-graduate university degree, especially in the United States, as much high-level research has revealed.

If Wendi Adelson Markel's mother were to take care of the two Markel toddlers, Benjamin and Lincoln, she, Wendi Adelson, 400 miles away-she would be as free as a bird.

Breach of Confidences- Offences by Wendi Adelson

Wendi Adelson Markel divulged details of her marital life in breach of their contractual marriage vows. She relayed hearsay stories about Dan to her brother, to her mother, to lover Jeffrey Lacasse, and God only knows to how many others she received sympathy from.

Yet Wendi Adelson professes to be a licensed attorney and actually was made one very easily, although she never ever worked as an attorney.

Surely she would know SOME LAW? Surely she was not exempt from breach of confidence? I would bring to attention this classic case, namely Margaret, Duchess of Argyll v Duke of Argyll and others [1965] 1 All ER 611.

This 1965 case is still good law today in all common law countries. This case is an example of protection against Public Disclosure of personal information. The facts of this case are that the Duchess of Argyll successfully sought an injunction to prohibit the Duke and a newspaper from publishing confidences she had divulged to her HUSBAND in the course of their marriage.

DAN MARKEL OFFERED A BRIBE of ONE MILLION DOLLARS TO DISAPPEAR FROM HER LIFE

When Wendy Adelson's father, younger brother Charles Adelson and mother and Wendi-Adelson offered to pay Professor Dan Markel ONE MILLION United States' Dollars to go away and to completely forget his two young children- what did he do?

He went to Litigation Attorneys and applied for Court Orders to inspect Wendi Markel -Adelson's finances; her communications with  her lover, and with her mother, her younger brother and with her father.

The Conspirators' fatal  flaw was in offering Criminal Law Professor Dan Markel money as a BRIBE to relinquish his two young sons:a bribe of one million United States dollars.

One should never underestimate the bottomless pit of greed when it becomes mixed with desire; ambition and amorality.

At this same time, there was still the Jewish Get divorce to be ritually gone through after the Decree Nisi from the Florida Divorce Court.

And so Criminal Law Professor Dan Markel's young and fruitful life was drastically cut short...these  Adelsons decided.

One could not help but notice the month in which Professor Dan Markel was shot dead in cold blood: July- giving enough time for life to settle back into routine- just in time for the new academic year in September 2014.

Finally, let us remind ourselves what perjury is: under Florida State Criminal Law, PERJURY in official proceedings is dealt with at 837.02, as follows:

' (1) Except as provided in subsection (2) WHOEVER makes a false statement,commits a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082; s. 775.083 or s. 775.084.

   (2) Whoever makes a false statement which he or she does not believe to be true, under oath in an official proceeding that relates to the prosecution  of a capital felony, commits a felony of the second degree, punishable in s.775.082; s.775.083 or 775.084.
